Hand of Fate

There are good things in this world that cannot be ours & cannot happen the way we wanted… In life, everything is programmed and planned according to the will of God. We have no control over the situations and circumstance & no power over our emotions and feelings since we all exist under the same Hand of FATE – the destiny that enslaved us to follow what it states. Yeah, we make our own plans and we manage our lives the way we desired but at the end of our every endeavor and work, it all falls into one conclusion: “Few will succeed, many will fail”.

No matter how careful we direct our lives and hopeful we work for success, still we cannot make everything come about as expected because our ability is within the margins of limitation. We do the effort, but God decides. Whether an achievement or a failure it will be for us, there is purpose all behind it.

To The Former Lovers of my Youth

I have loved you but not as much as I should,

I’ve cared a lot but not to the highest extent

I’ve been real…true to what I believe was

But not enough to prove I was certain

Feelings were sincere but somehow inexact

Love existed as though it did not

Happiness was there yet seemed inconstant.

Sorry is the least word I could just say,

Perhaps forgiving me is not so easy,

It’s my biggest mistake hurting you

Our break-up wounded my heart too,

There were days I missed your nearness

Times we had together were of great value

But our love has not passed the test.

Time has borrowed us few moments

To share all the laughter and pains,

Stuck in the heart like unseen stains

Our Story

We are WRITERS of our own stories.

We once shared a common thought and wrote down anything

we both wanted and desired to happen mutually.

Our pieces are in connection to each other;

the shared lives we had are even featured in one segment of the book.

Lesser we knew that not all of the chapters are assigned

for us to take control in and no erasures can be allowed

for any misspell of words or grammatical errors.

What we have written would be permanent

and we don’t have the right to edit the lines,

only God who is the owner of our LIFE’S BOOK has the POWER to do it.

I am now facing my greatest fear,

Trying to overcome what I feel,

Struggling to resist this kind of thrill,

This can't be possible, can't be real!

Am I in-love again the second time around?

With the same person whom I loved once

Or am I just having a crazy illusion?

Am I doomed in a stupid situation?

I can't escape from this truth,

Cannot defeat my foolish thoughts,

This emotion can't be denied,

I am falling one more time!

I hate to think having this feeling,

This is wrong, this cannot happen!
