Let me whisper to the wind the phrases I long to tell you,

May it lead the silent wishes of my heart in sorrow.

Let me command the sky to flash scenes of what we had,

May it remind you of how we've sworn for our love to last.

If I could speak with the birds in their own speech,

I'd ask them to sing to you our favorite music.

If I could teach the cloud to resemble an image,

For you to look up high and remember my face.

I would approach the rain to fall dramatically,

In expression of my tears and utmost agony.

It's purely insane to ask them some favor.

Thinking Of You

When night falls, I stay outside my roof

and wait till the clouds uncover the moon,

As the sky becomes a layer of crystal-like stars

shining with beauty that can never be outshone.

I lift my eyes to the great expanse above me

and watch the new-risen moon glisten like silk,

My mind brings you up from the memory booth

which my undying love for you has firmly built.

The moment I stand still and ignore things around,

My hopeful wish is that you do just the same.

For all the times that I look up and think of you,

I know that more than once you remember my name.

Friends Come and Go

In life's long journey, strangers go passing by.

Most of them pause only to greet us,

Some stand beside us in a little while,

But only a few become our companions in all routes.

We call these individuals as "Friends",

they come in and go out of our lives unexpectedly,

A number of people became part of our past;

Though a lot of them still exist at present time,

There's no certainty if they will be with us in the future.

Now, as we remember the names of exceptional people

we've known from long years past up to now,

Those whom we share great memories with:

Old Friends who came but left so untracked,

Present Friends whom we continuously bond,

and Friends who assure to remain until tomorrow,

Have we told them how Significant and Special they are?

A warm hug, a little note and soft-spoken words,

We should not miss any opportunity to tell them

the Importance they hold in our Lives,

At least, they would know;

Whether they have to Stay or Go,

For Life's Road has many intersections,

Who knows, we might meet them again some other time.

Murky water of impurities,

Defiled air of many iniquities,

Destructive plague of temptations,

And huge tempest of transgressions.

Burdened by few weaknesses,

Would inner strength still exist?

Disheartened by great failures,

Would hope be able to endure?

With a chaste heart created new,

With a mind purified by the law,

With a soul nourished by God's word,

A youth in Christ stands a conqueror.

That flees from wicked desires and wishes,

And pursues faith, hope and righteousness,

That continues to fulfill a sworn oath,

To keep the holy covenant of the Lord.

From then on, my life was complete,

A day by your side is somewhat paradise,

My world revolves around you at all times.

Regardless of who and what you are in the past,

You got nothing from me but pure acceptance,

You heard no blames, no regrets from my words,

As long as I love you, that's what matters most.

No matter how unpredictable your attitude is,

I have learned to understand and get used to it,

I never doubt giving anything you want to ask,

I have done everything just to make this love last.

But why are you hurting me this much?

Are my sacrifices and love not enough?

Is that man from your past worth all your tears?

Why won't you stop grieving over your mistakes?

Never recall all the things that no longer exist,
